Our Spring Youth Flag Football League provides a fun, welcoming environment where players of all skill levels can build confidence, develop football skills, stay active, and enjoy being part of a team. Players learn through engaging practices, exciting games, and positive coaching focused on teamwork, sportsmanship, and having fun.

Age divisions are subject to change based on registration. Teams may be coed or divided into boys' and girls' divisions depending on participation.
Practice & Game Schedule
6U & 10U
- Practice: Tuesdays at 5:45 p.m.
- Games: Thursdays at 5:45 p.m. and/or 6:45 p.m.
8U, 12U & 14U
- Practice: Mondays at 5:45 p.m.
- Games: Wednesdays at 5:45 p.m. and/or 6:45 p.m.
Season Information
- Teams practice twice each week until games begin.
- Games begin in April and continue through early May.
- Once games begin, teams typically have one practice and one to two games each week.
- Schedule subject to change due to weather or make-up dates.
Player Equipment
Team jerseys and one mouth guard are provided.
Participants should provide:
- Athletic shorts or pants (no pockets preferred)
- Athletic shoes or football cleats
- Water bottle

Volunteer Coaches Needed
Volunteer coaches are an important part of our league! No previous coaching experience is required. We provide support, resources, and practice ideas throughout the season.
Parents who serve as head coaches are eligible for reimbursement of one child's registration fee at the end of the season.

Scholarships are available for eligible participants.
Additional Information
Players must be 5 years old by September 1, 2026. A participant's age on September 1, 2026, determines league placement.
