A recreational youth flag football league emphasizing the importance of physical health and teamwork, while teaching the basic fundamentals of flag football. Each team will average 2 activities per week (practice and/or game play) throughout the season.Registration:Begins Saturday, January 10, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. for ACC residents and Monday, January 12, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. for out-of-county residents.Age Divisions:Please note: Age divisions are subject to change based on the final registration count. Teams will be formed based on final registration numbers. Divisions may be coed or split into boys and girls teams depending on participation. 6U/ 8U 10U 12U/ 14U Age Control Date:September 1, 2026. Age on the control date determines league placement. (Must be 5 years old).Practice & Game Dates:10U practice on Tuesdays @ 5:45 p.m. 6u/8U & 12U/ 14U practice on Mondays @ 5:45 p.m. 10U games will be played on Thursdays starting @ 5:45 p.m. and/ or @6:45p.m. 6u/8U & 12U/ 14U games will be played on Wednesdays starting @ 5:45 p.m. and/ or @6:45p.m. There will be two practices scheduled per week up until games start. Once games begin in April and run through early-May, practices will scale back to one practice and/ or one to two games per week.
