The data provided - emergency contacts, medical information, etc. - will help us better serve you. Our Upcoming Registration:

Registration for many activities open 2 weeks prior to the start of the program and remain open until the start of the program or the activity is full. If an activity is full and you are interested in enrolling your child, please add them to the waiting list.

Refund Policy:

For each registration quarter, we will allow a 2 week grace period from the ACC resident registration date to receive a 100% refund for all cancellation requests. After the 2 week grace period, our normal refund policy will go into effect and a 7 business day notice will be required to receive a 75% refund back. Requests received after the required notice will not qualify for a refund. This only applies to program registrations. Fall Registration 2026:
    • Begins Saturday, August 1st at 9:00 a.m. for ACC residents
    • Begins Monday, August 3rd at 12:00 p.m. for out of county residents
    • Programs for Fall registration will be available to view on Monday, June 29th, but registration will begin the dates above.

2026 Scholarship Participants: 

Scholarships are to be renewed at the beginning of each new year. Please stop by the nearest Leisure Services building with your 1040 and utility bill. Scholarship balances do not roll over into the next year. We are unable to retroactively reimburse for registrations paid prior to scholarship approval. Individuals with expired scholarships and new scholarship applicants must visit a Leisure Services Department facility office at least five business days prior to registering for a program.
