Forest Bathing Experience
We invite you to take a moment to invest in your health and wellbeing through a guided immersive experience in the forest with our facilitator, Heather Matherly, who is a Master Naturalist and Forest Therapy Guide. You can expect a safe and gentle walk with instructions to help relax and focus the mind on the present. The walk will end with a tea ceremony from local plants Cost: $20 residents/ $30 non-residents

Hiking 101
Join us to learn the basics of a fun and successful hike! Discover the need to knows of safety, comfort, and fun while exploring a natural surface trail. This is an ideal opportunity if you are interested in getting out in nature but have questions and want extra help on how to start exploring. Each guest will receive a starter kit with a few essentials to ensure you feel confident on the trail. This program is open to all ages, children are welcome with an adult.
