Golden Moves
Happening EVERY Tuesday! Golden Moves is a fun and inclusive low-impact fitness class that helps older adults stay active, improve mobility, and maintain overall physical wellness. Participants will engage in guided chair exercises, gentle stretching, light strength training, and movement activities that promote flexibility, balance, coordination, and endurance. The class welcomes all fitness and mobility levels, encouraging participants to move at their own pace while enjoying a positive and supportive environment.
