Power Up
Power Up is a fitness program for men and women 50 and up that offers fun and effective 30-minute circuit workouts. You’ll move through a mix of strength training, cardio, and flexibility exercises, targeting every major muscle group. It’s a great way to stay strong, active, and energized. This is a Drop in program.
