ADA Accessible: Partially- No designated parking spots. Access contains uneven surfaces. Small gravel parking lot beside the facility. Main parking is across the street. Five picnic tables are wheelchair accessible.
Closest Parking: Parking Lot 8 (~350ft over grass)
Note: 8 Spaces available for loading behind the building.
Closest Restroom: Same Building, 1 men’s and 1 women’s
Adjacent Amenities: Pavilion 2 Lawn, Basketball, Volleyball
Electricity: Included w/ Rental
Fire/Grill: 1- 5ft. charcoal grill. 1- 3ft. charcoal grill.
Fan: Eight ceiling fans are built into the facility
Water: Cold in Outdoor Wash Sink. Warm and Cold in bathrooms.
Tables/Chairs: 5- 38ft. picnic tables, and 1- 8ft. picnic table
Other: Lighting built into facility
Rental Period: 8 Hour Block
Rental Fee: $225
Cleaning Deposit: $75 (one-time, refundable) Full rental fee, plus deposit, is due in order to reserve shelter.
Notes:
1. Rental fees do not include per person park entry fees.
2. Facility must be cleaned and vacated by the end of the scheduled rental period.
3. Rental includes exclusive use of the designated facility only and shall not impede public access to any other area.
