Capacity: 150 people (must have a minimum of 50 people attending to be approved for rental)
Amenities: public men/women restrooms, gym adjacent to kitchen (counter space available for use ONLY), ice machine located inside kitchen, bleachers, 2 full court basketball goals, 4 side basketball goals. (tables and chairs are available upon request)
Note:
1. NO FOOD OR DRINKS ALLOWED in the gym
2. No decorations allowed that will damage walls, floors and/or leave residue behind.
3. Rental must include time needed for setting up and breaking down equipment.
4. Rental space must be cleaned and vacated by the end of the scheduled rental period.
5. Renter responsible for removing trash to the dumpster at the end of rental.
6. Rental does not include usage or access to kitchen appliances, pantry and utensils/supplies.
7. Rental does not include access to the storage closet or use of ACC athletic equipment.
7. Rental includes exclusive use of the designated rental space only and shall not impede public access to any other area. |
