Amenities: 5 picnic tables (currently only 3 picnic tables available for use), 3 trash cans (outside), water fountain, men/women restrooms, 2 power outlets, kitchenette (includes full size refrigerator, double sink, 2 trash bins, broom/dust pan, trash bags), rolling counter shutter/window, adjacent to a parking lot and playground

1. Rental space must be cleaned and vacated by the end of the scheduled rental period.
2. Rental includes exclusive use of the designated rental space only and shall not impede public access to any other area. |
